- Provide clerical support to the office staff - Answer and direct phone calls using the office phone system - Assist with customer support inquiries and provide excellent customer service - Maintain, file, organize files and documents - Perform general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing - Schedule appointments and manage calendars for office personnel - Assist with data entry and record keeping - Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting materials - Handle incoming and outgoing mail Skills:
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in using Google Suite and other office software - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred but not required This is a great opportunity for someone who is computer-savvy, organized, and enjoys providing support in an office environment.
If you have previous experience in a dental office or as a personal assistant, that would be a plus.
