Duties - Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles - Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns - Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are sufficient to meet customer demands - Collaborate with the sales team to promote parts and accessories to increase sales revenue - Process orders and ensure timely delivery of parts to customers - Conduct research to locate hard-to-find or specialty parts as needed Requirements - Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a related field is preferred - Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products - Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus, as it allows for effective communication with diverse customers - Knowledge of automotive repair is beneficial - Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and fulfill orders accurately - Familiarity with retail math concepts for pricing and discounts - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
