Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal teams - Organize and maintain legal documents and files - Prepare, proofread, and edit legal correspondence, and other documents - Conduct research and gather relevant information for cases - Assist with document management systems and databases - Schedule appointments, meetings, and court hearings - Answer phone calls and take messages with professionalism and accuracy - Transcribe dictations and prepare legal documents from audio recordings - Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a legal secretary or in a similar role, or relevant tranferable experience - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent proofreading and attention to detail - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication Note:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
